The Transitions Program is a 3 week career exploration and planning program designed to help you identify and target new career options that will be exciting, fulfilling and that will offer the opportunities and rewards you want and deserve.
Week 1 ~ THE BIG PICTURE We begin by looking at employment trends in today’s marketplace and what it takes to succeed. We then support you in clarifying your values and priorities, and in establishing a new outlook towards yourself, your future and your career opportunities.
Week 2 ~ EXPLORING YOUR OPTIONS The focus is on career exploration, guiding you through personal evaluations and career tests to determine possible career matches. Practical strategies for researching new occupations, networking and making contacts are reviewed.
Week 3 ~ A NEW PLAN OF ACTION Prepare to act upon your career plan by clarifying your goals, breaking them down into achievable action steps, and developing strategies for success.
Weeks 4 ~ 12 ONGOING SUPPORT Addional career counselling as needed and weekly success team meetings provide structure and peer support to help you stay on track and achieve your goals.

Our program is led by men and women who have a clear understanding of the career transition process from both professional and personal experience. Our instructor / counsellors have well developed group facilitation skills, one-on-one counselling and coaching skills, and the ability to be sensitive to the needs of individual participants.
